After receiving a pair of earrings that I ordered very quickly, I was impressed. Sadly one of the earrings broke, after only a short time. When contacting the customer service team I only had the invoice number, to which they were so helpful. My return label arrived via email within minutes, and from posting the broken item it took just 3 days for the replacements to arrive. I would recommend this company without a doubt, for choice and Customer Service was first class.

I have used jewellery box numerous times over the past few years and I am continually surprised with not only the cost, but the efficiency of ordering jewellery. Jewellery normally turns up a day or so after which is brilliant, and the environmentally friend packaging also puts jewellery box up in my estimations. I messaged customer service asking when an item was back in stock and they were friendly and extremely helpful. On another occasion, my earrings unfortunately turned up slightly damaged. Within two working days of applying for a replacement pair, they arrived through my door. All of the jewellery I've ordered is lovely and not made of cheap materials. I absolutely love jewellery box!

I've ordered about 6 necklaces in the last 6 months or so.. one came tangled to the point I couldn't undo it and 4 have snapped on me! 2 arrived with kinks in them which are awful. Really disappointing and a waste of money

I wanted to buy gold earring to reopen my pierced ears. It has been 15 years since I've worn earrings. So glad I purchased this pair! It's the right size and I can even wear it to sleep.

Great product. Beautifully packaged with care. And came the day after I ordered with their free next day delivery. I paid £60 for the same nose stuff in a piecing shop so really great price too! Would highly recommend!

Have bought several items off Jewellery box and every time I've been very pleased. Delivery is very quick and efficient, if you order something that can fit through postbox then it will be posted which is nice when you work full time! One order was missing an earring from the pack but I emailed and received a response immediately and a Freehold return envelope was sent in a day. I don't mind when mistakes are made when they are remedied as efficiently as this! Will always use thsi website to buy jewellery!

Purchased a St Christopher and chain which I’m really pleased with. Unfortunately the clasp on the chain broke after a couple of months, which can happen.I phoned customer service and the phone was answered almost immediately, the helpful staff member was very apologetic the clasp had broken and straight away said they would replace the chain. Before our call had ended I had received a email with a freepost return label to return the chain. I sent the chain to them on a Wednesday and I received a new one on the Saturday! I measure a company by what they do to remedy issues when things go wrong and Jewellery Box were brilliant. Well done and great customer service ???
